Sebastian kept battling with his emotions, a part of him was telling him that he did the right thing by telling Lily how he felt about her, but the other part of him is fighting him for good, that he wouldn't have told Lily. Telling her about his feelings might make Lily think less of him and also to make Lily feel that he is not a better person, but unfortunately he does not have control of the emotions of his heart and how his heart feels. Sebastian cannot determine how he feels.
The doctor worked in to check up on Sebastian, he was amazed at how quick he was recovering and how happy he seemed. "Hello Mr, I can see that you look really happy. I just wanted to check up on you, it's a good thing that you are recovering fast," the doctor said, checking his body.
