Chapter 8 Nicole looked in the mirror before adding a little more mousse to her shoulder-length wavy brown hair, one of her many attempts to control and defrizz it at the same time. She looked again at her reflection after applying the hair product, questioning if she should add more, but was interrupted by the ring of the doorbell. She quickly rinsed her hands in the bathroom and ran to the living room. Ringo was already at attention, barking.
