Danielle Pruitt sat across the desk from her editor. She tapped her foot lightly on the floor, trying to hide her exasperation. “But June, Stuart gets all the major stories. He got the exclusive on Nicole Capula confronting Frank Tanner’s murderer! When am I going to get something like that? I’ve been here much longer than him! What happened to seniority?”
