After a two-day break, the army of the newly-converted demons did battle. Twenty Guardians were sent to confront over a thousand opponents. The army exceeded the Guardians fifty times but was a hundred times weaker than trained and brave warriors.
The Guardians allowed themselves to be surrounded, forming a circle touching their comrades with their shoulders. It was a calculated tactical move – to reduce the number of vulnerabilities, eliminating the possibility of a blow to the back. Demons had no chance of hitting such a skilled opponent who knew no fear.
