“Did you what what the nurse said?” Ciara says to me and I take the earpods out of my ear as she steps into the receiving room. I try to hide the bitterness in my tone because I heard what the nurse said very well. It shouldn’t matter to me what Salvatore does…he is married to Lumen whether I like it or not.
