In the Woods

Once I was in the woods, going behind a tree after I undressed, my wolf slowly took over control. As I shift, my smooth skin soon turns into red and black fur as my eyes change from their normal blue to black with blue specks. Making my eyes look like the night sky with stars in them. Stretching as Ruby takes control but not fully, she soon starts to run through the woods, causing mud to start covering our paws.

After about thirty minutes, I started to feel uneasy as I took back control, pushing Ruby to the back of my head. Looking around, I don't see anything but I smell something that is the most disgusting thing ever as it hits me. There are rogues in the packlands. Sending a mind link as I start to run back to the edge of the forest

"Rogues please hurry...not sure how many there are... I am a mile north in the woods from the pack house."

As soon as I finish speaking, I am hit on the left side, causing me to be thrown into a tree, whimpering as I quickly stood up growling. The only thing I can do is fight the best I can until some pack members get here. Looking around, I notice there are about five rogues, all males by their size. As we stood there growling at each other, one of them pounced as he grabs the back of my neck in his mouth digging his teeth deep into my skin. As soon as I felt his teeth, I started to fight to get his teeth out of my neck. pushing him against the tree multiple times as I, heard his bones start to break. Once he lets go of my neck, turning my head so my teeth sink into his neck as I bite down, I feel his blood run down my throat then down my muzzle, biting harder, as I soon feel his neck snap.

As soon as the other rogues notice he is dead, they all come forwards ready to kill the she wolf that just killed their friend or brother. As I ready myself, I shake my fur, causing me to look bigger, not by much, but at this point, I will take anything. The biggest of the five steps closer, then he pounces on me causing me to fall to the ground as I let out a loud whimper from one of my bones cracking. Then just as fast as I felt the large wolf on me, he is pulled away. As I look around, some of the worriers from my pack are here and then a large gray wolf with greenish blueish eyes that I have never seen is tearing out the wolf's throat that just attacked me. Trying to stand up as another wolf comes out of nowhere, this time a she wolf. Going after the wolf that just saved me, she jumps onto his back so I do the only thing that comes to mind. I pounce on her biting in multiple places to try and get her off the gray wolf. Once she notices me attacking her, she turns her blood-thirsty eyes on me.

Fighting with her as she bites down on my neck, but this bite felt more harmful than the other ones I have experienced over the years. Whimpering as I let her go, my body falls to the ground as I'm in agony. The gray wolf jumps on her, snapping her neck without a second thought. As I lay there in pain, I looked up to the moon realizing, it's past midnight. Praying to the Moon Goddess, thanking her for letting me have Ruby as my wolf and that I pray to find my mate and have amazing pups. As I am lying there, I shift back into my human form, then I feel someone... or something lying on me like I am naked. Opening my eyes, I saw the large gray wolf. He was trying to cover my body. As we lay there waiting for medics I can smell his scent, it makes my mouth water, smelling of cedar and lemon grass. As I heard my wolf softly speak and her words made me smile as the world started to turn black.

Ruby "mate...let mate help heal us"

When she finished speaking, everything went black as my body became heavy.
