Alessia pushed through the glass doors a little faster than she intended. The familiar sounds of the office greeted her immediately—the steady hum of printers, phones ringing in the distance, quiet conversations drifting from nearby workstations, and someone aggressively typing on a keyboard as if they were personally offended by it.
