"Aunty Layla" I heard someone scream my name behind me, before I could turn to meet the cheerful voice, I'm being engulfed in a big hug, a smile graced my lips when the familiar scent hits my senses.
Rayyan, My big beautiful girl. She just got into Jss1 and she's also attending El-Amin International School, Minna.
I was making food for her and Khalid return as Zayyad went pick them up from school, I was so engrossed in what I was doing, I didn't hear them come in.
"I missed you so much" I said with a wide smile, turning to hug her properly. I pulled away to examine her, "iyeh, you've grown taller, what are they feeding you in that school" I teased
