So I was already too late to make it to another class so I just decided to wait in one of the empty hallways hoping no teacher would find me. Of course I'm no fool even in werewolf academy. If you're found in the hall in between classes then you're in trouble.

"Trouble in Paradise Kelly Kelson?"I spun around at the sound I now can't recognize,my mate was staring at me and assumed his blue eyes were staring into mine.

I blush and look down at my feet. Okay this mate stuff is really new to me and I felt so bad for threatening the girl,they obviously can't help it just like I couldn't either.

"Paradise?"I asked, not really getting what he said.

"I mean, has your boyfriend figured out he's dating a fellow guy and decided to break up with ya?"He smirked, glancing down at me one more time before looking me in the eye.

Okay Mr.Man you might be my mate but that doesn't give you the right to talk to me in that way,he noticed the way my fist were fold and let out a laugh like I said something funny,if I were you mate i'd be careful or else you will be counting your teeth...but I don't think I can treat my mate that way.

"Just go away"I reported turning away from him before I do something I might later regret.

"I'm not helping am I? Too bad I don't have feelings...forget about that guy and be a "how"He winked at me.

My eyes widened and I had a wild guess someone already broke my mate's heart before..But how dare she! She was probably the one who turned him into the flirt he is today.I took a step towards him then touched his cheek gently expecting him to step away from me.

When I looked into those blue eyes I saw nothing but pain...everything that happened happens for the best yet it breaks me to see the amount of pain in his eyes.

I blushed and stepped away from him walking away but I had barely taken three steps when he pulled me back staring at me with wife 's eyes then he abruptly let me go and walked off without any backward glance.

The bell ring indicating that the classes were over I waited outside for Debra who jumped on me making everyone stare at us.

"Hey easy what's up"I roll my eyes.

"I got the highest mark in the test! Human tests are so simple and easy and have already done half of it"She yells excitedly.

"What are you if I may ask? A mermaid?"Someone said behind us and we both turned around to see the guy who always follows my mate around. He happens to be the same guy who made nasty comments about Jay and I looking for the nearest bed!

"Get lost Christian"Debra groans walking away.

"She got the hots for me,"Christian said, winking at me.

I didn't know what to make of that so I just give him the *You wish look*

"Jay invited you to his party this Saturday. I wonder why? Anyways there has got a hot girl to ask out"He dash after Debra after giving me a piece of paper.

I unfold it and see it was Jay's address. My mate invited me to a party. I hope something good comes out of it.

"So you mean you ain't going shopping for the party?"Debra asked.

"Yeah...I have enough clothes already and I don't have the energy to go shopping!"I replied, falling back into the bed.

"You know Jay expected you to dress hot..I bet you wouldn't want you showing up there as his granny"

I didn't know how to reply to that so I just ignored her. A few minutes later she dragged me out of bed saying she should eat out.I was going for a fresh deer,a bag of blood will do but what I didn't expect her to do was to push me into a fuxking restaurant.

"Okay if we are gonna live, can humans eat like them don't you think?"She said.

Do I have a choice? I will be going hunting later so I guess I will have to make due with whatever they're offering here.

Few minutes later I was enjoying the food when a familiar scent caught my attention almost immediately. Jay slid down next to me winking at Debra who blushed a little.

I glared at her which made her laugh and look away.

"What brings you there?"I asked.

"Nothing much just came here to see her"He pointed at a waitress who smiled at him almost immediately Debra gasped and quickly covered it up with a cough.

"See you around"My mate said to me without even sparing me a glance,his p*****t eyes were on that girl's boobs...I wish my boobs were as big as that,I look down on my own and gag.

I look up to see Debra watching me.

"What the hell!"She finally said.

"What do you mean?"I asked.

"Are you just going to let him go around fu*k everything in skirt? You gotta stop him girl, what if he falls for someone else?"She snorted like I was stupid or something.

"What do you suggest I do? Mark him against his will? You should know I don't tolerate nonsense and he's different from me so I can't force things on him.The mate bond might take a while for him to feel"I explained.

"I'm just scared for you Kelson I know you act tough and I also know how fragile you are...I just don't want him to hurt you"She replied.

I glare at her "Don't you dare call me weak I'm Alpha Kelson I know how to handle things"She was kinda right but I hate to admit it,I'm just going to give my so called mate a little more time and if I see that things ain't working then I will have no choice than to reject him and move on with my life.

It is going to be hard I know but the last thing I would do is beg a guy to love me especially a mare human!.

"Gosh"Half an hour later Jay said sitting down next to me,my wolf growling at the female scent that was mixed with his.

"Go away"I sneered out finally loading control of my temper.

Jay looked at me with wide eyes but he made no move to get up,Debra looked at me in fear.

"Jayson please leave"She pleaded.

He smirked "Why?"

"Because she's about to tear you apart...I mean she's going to......"Debra trails off not knowing how she would explain what was happening to me.
