I'm in my private room with Jenny, trying to clean the coffee that she spilled on herself. It was hot and it was burning her skin. So I quickly opened her shirt to avoid making her skin more burned. Then I grabbed my handkerchief and started cleaning her skin that was all red by now, after making it wet.
I was so focused on helping her that I didn't notice what I was doing. But when I noticed it, I found myself holding one of her breasts with one hand and cleaning another one with my other hand.
