I jump out of my seat as I watch my mate struggling to breath, "What's wrong?" I shout, as my heart slams against my ribcage. Before she falls to the floor, I catch her. She stares at me for a moment, then her eyes flutter closed. "Natalina!" I shout, trying to shake her awake.
I lower my ear to her mouth, her breath is so shallow that I could barely hear it. As I feel the panic consume my body, I run with her in my arms to the medical wing of the palace on the first floor. Her eyes still have yet to open, making me push myself to run faster as I reach the stairs.
When I get to the doctor, I shove the door open making it slam the wall. I rush through not caring if he is currently seeing someone. The doctor is at his computer, he's giving me his undivided attention. "Hel
