CHAPTER 1: NEVER DOUBLE BACK

"I am not that type of b***h Chase, you had me and lost me. the f**k imma sit here and listen to you lie and make excuses in my face for?" I asked my ex-boyfriend Chase who I broke up with 4 months ago.

"I'm sorry V, but I can't stop thinking about you. I need you" He said as I scuffed, "You don't need Chase, now stop playing with my f*****g intelligence," I said standing up and getting ready to leave.

"Please V, one date," He said while holding onto my arms, "Listen here Chase, I'm not the type of b***h who doubles back, now let go of my arms before I beat the f**k out of you," I said as he lets go of my arms.

I walked away from him, out of the Diner back to my car where my mom was waiting for me in the passenger seat. "How did it go?" She asked acting like a baby.

"Nigga wanted a fifth chance, I'm not doing that s**t," I said as my mom laughed, "Niggas always wanna come back when you become more happy," she said as I agreed. I turned on the car and drove us back home, We both have work tomorrow.

Me and my mom (Vanessa Watson) is my best friend and only best friend after my little sister Valerie and Victoria. We spend our free time together and just gossip.

As for Chase, when we were dating he never took me seriously. There was no affection or Communication. he was busy cheating to give me any attention or Love, so what the f**k would I stay around for? Exactly.

"When is Val coming back?" I asked as I made a U-turn into our driveway, I could see my Dad's Car which made me smile. "Damnit," My mom said as I chuckled, I parked the car before we both exited.

We walked up the porch of the house and opened the door, We walked to the living room where the rest of the family was.

My Dad Vincent, Valerie, Victoria, and Victor.

"Finally, where were you guys?" Victoria immediately asked, Victoria and Victor are twins.

"I was having a boring ass meeting with Chase," I said as my brother glared at me, "Why?" he asked with his voice now more serious and cold than it was before. "He wanted to talk," I said knowing my brother and Dad would kill Chase if they knew he was trying to get back with me.

"Anyway, I ordered Pizza already," Valerie said as my mom walked over to my Dad and sat down on his lap while he ran his hands around her waist massaging her body.

"Ew, get a room," Valerie said as we all chuckled, I left the living room and walked down the hallway toward my room. My bedroom and Valerie's bedroom are downstairs while my parents, Victoria, and Victor's room are upstairs.

"Do you miss him?" I heard Valerie's voice and turned to see her standing in my door frame staring at me with a curious smile. "No, Can't miss something that wasn't good for me," I said as she nodded her head.

"I gotta talk to you about something," She said, Usually Valerie talks to my mom about stuff before coming to me and Victoria but I guess this was different or not that serious.

"What's wrong?" I asked as I shut my door, and changed my clothes while she talked. "I like this boy right, but he has a girlfriend. He told me that he's gonna break up with her to be with me since he loves me" She said as I stopped her.

"If he leaves her to be with you, which is cheating. What makes you think he won't do the same to you once he finds another girl?" I asked as she stared blankly at the wall, I knew she was thinking about it.

"Do you love him?" I asked, even though Valerie is only 16 she's allowed to have a boyfriend as long as our parents know who he is. "No" She coldly said as I laughed, Valerie is just like me.

"Exactly, then he ain't worth it," I said as she nodded her head, "There's this other guy who likes me a lot, and I like him too but he's far away," She said as I arched my eyebrows at her, believe it or not, Valerie is full of hoes.

She is Famous on t****k, i********:, And YouTube always doing vlogs and s**t. She even streams, sometimes I join when I'm free.

"Where he lives?" I asked, "Miami," She said as I chuckled, I've been to Miami, it's not that far. "It's not that far, Call him, "I said as she agreed and Ft the boy who wasn't bad looking.

Of course, he had to be a dread head, They are dangerous and p*****s sometimes.

"Hey Ma," He said to Valerie who was already blushing, "Hey" She shyly said as I grabbed the phone, "Yo, who is this?" he asked confused. "My sister, the one I've told you about" Valerie quickly said as he nodded his head, "I already know what you finna ask," He said as I chuckled.

"What do you like about my sister?" I asked with a serious face while staring at Valerie as he explained, "I like her beautiful smile, her cute dimples, her small nose, her juicy lips, her perfect body, her sense of humor, her personality, and her carelessness" He said as I smile, he described Valerie perfectly.

"Okay, you wanna see my sister or Nah? Wassup?" I asked, "I Do," He said as I gave Valerie the phone back. "Okay, I'll get you a plane ticket. you coming to her" I said as Valerie stared at me shocked, "Wait, you really would?" she asked as I nodded my head.

"Let me know when he wanna come," I said as she smiled and gave me a tight hug, "Does mom know about this boy?" I asked as she nodded her head, "Okay then" I said as she left the room with a happy smile on her face.

I smiled as I grabbed my phone and posted something on i********: before leaving the room to charge, I walked back to the living room where everyone was already eating a slice of pizza.

"Damn, why 6 Boxes?" I asked as they all stared at me with a serious expression, "I don't even eat that much" I said as they all stared at me with eyes wide open. "Okay, Maybe I do," I said as they rolled their eyes.

What? I like eating Pizza a lot. My top foods are Pizza, Pasta, Chicken, McDonald's, Sushi, Chinese food, and Mexican food.

I need to find myself a Mexican, Puerto Rican, or Dominican man. I think I want a mixed man. Half Puerto Rican, Half Italian, and Half Jamaican.

"What Movie are we watching today?" I asked as I sat down next to my Dad who hugged me and kissed my forehead, "It's my turn to pick, I wanna watch Mario Bros" Valerie said as we all stared at each other.

"Sure," We all said even though we knew we didn't wanna watch that childish ass s**t. "I'm just kidding, I wanna watch Girl in the Box," Valerie said as she put on the movie.

We all sat down in silence watching the movie while eating.

This was my perfect little family, and I love them to death.
