Chapter 7Ultimately, the funeral wasn’t held in a church or in a theater. Shane opted for a funeral home. There wasn’t a viewing. Neither Lucky nor Stella chose to see their bodies before the funeral, so they had to take Shane’s word for it when he said that a viewing would not be a good idea. He had looked a little green when he told them, and something in his voice made Lucky’s chest hurt. He wished they could materialize.
