After Raynette’s call ended abruptly, I was unable took reach her again. I called at least twenty more times but it never went through. I sent her a dozen of messages to ask if she was okay and at that time I thought maybe she got caught with her phone in school.
You know those expensive schools have their own sets of rules and I made myself believe that must have been why the phone ended so abruptly, just to calm the worry that slowly crept down my spine.
