Chapter Nineteen
"Yogurt, that's gotta be vegan. Right?" Porco held up the packaged containers. The bright label announced healthy alerts like sugar-free, fat-free, real fruit, and something to do with active cultures.
"No, that has dairy. Dairy is from cows." Spinelli spoke in slow clipped tones as though he were talking to a child.
Porco scowled at his friend. He hadn't asked the man to come along on his grocery store run. Spinelli had hopped into the passenger seat as Porco had started up the truck. At first, Porco hadn't minded the company. Spinelli was a high intellect guy and could help him navigate the labyrinth that was veganism. Porco would've made many more mistakes if his high intellect friend hadn't come along on the errand. Porco just wished Spinelli had a bit more emotiona
