Something has got to shake up the statue theft case. The heat is really on from upstairs at the paper. David Sacks, the owner, calls a meeting with all the staff. He wants results—“Now.”
“What the hell is happening on the streets? Why are there no leads to follow? You guys are not doing your jobs. The Mayor and the Chief of Police are my friends, and they want answers. They’re doing their jobs, but the people of this newspaper need to do more.”
“I agree and volunteer to write another headline article hoping to stir up results.” I have been thinking about this anyway and now am prompted to do so. We need to shake things up. The cops are not getting anywhere hauling in kids off the street. Perhaps another strong story aimed at
