Chapter 120 Aurora’s POV I suddenly opened my eyes and noticed I was standing in the middle of the road, the pavement cracked and uneven beneath my bare feet. The air feels heavy, thick with an unnatural stillness like the world itself has held its breath. Everything is too quiet, so quiet it makes my skin crawl.
