Aurora’s POV
I stood up from the bed, my mind still reeling from Jake's words. I wasn't sure if I was ready to face the truth yet, but I knew I had to find out what was going on. Ignorance wasn't going to help me.
As I stepped out of the room, a tray was handed to me by the maid. "Good morning, Aurora. Please take this to the Thorn brothers' room."
“Do I really need to do that?” I groaned and she scorned me.
“You really have to do and it’s your duty, stop questioning me,” she said through gritted teeth and I knew I shouldn’t have said that out loud.
