Aurora’s POV
“Tonia wait!” I said as I ran to catch up with her, my breathing heavy. She kept on walking refusing to stop and I tried my best to meet up with her immediately, I placed my hand on my knees breathing heavily as I could finally reach her side.
"Tonia, when did you arrive at school?" I asked, but she remained quiet.
I wondered what was going on and gently took her hands in mine, Tonia is not like this, she has always been a hyper person, and seeing the way she was quiet, my heart couldn’t take it. "What's happening? You're scaring me."
Tonia burst into tears, and I felt a pang of concern.
"I feel like a bad friend," she sobbed. "I couldn't protect you. I didn't come to school early, and I just saw the anonymous post... I didn't know how to face you."
I smiled
