CHAPTER 21: A Dream in a Dream
“You shall come back...”
“Hide. Hide. Hide!”
“I will find you... no matter where you hide.”
“I will get that. I will get you back.”
I gasped for air and sat up on my bed. I immediately clutched the sheets as I felt myself tremble.
A woman was running in my dream. But all I saw was her figure clutching at something in her hands. I can feel the panic all over her body. It was too much. Choking. Making breathing a hard thing to do.
I clutched at my chest, feeling like I’ve pressed something so hard in it while I was sleeping. As if I was doing the same thing that woman in my dream was doing while running. And she was crying.
