CHAPTER 32: Mark
Linus turned me towards a different direction again, swaying me to the beat of the strings. My eyes gazed at those electric blue eyes that were amusingly watching me. Those sinful lips still smirking, but I couldn’t find myself getting irritated by it again. Still, all of my attention is there, with that dark prince whose hot stares I can still feel on my body.
“You just never know how those words affected him,” Linus said as he met my gaze. Those eyes teasing as he clicked his tongue and shook his head in an act of disapproval. “No one ever tells the Prince he’s a criminal. Most especially when he’s done so much for a mere hard-headed and stubborn mortal like you.”
