On the corner of 5th and Main was the north-western most corner of the large strip mall. It was the second largest strip mall in the Tri-County area, and all of the advertisements for leasable space advertised it as such. It did not advertise that the largest strip mall was currently foreclosed and set to be demolished next spring, nor did the advertisements mention the extremely high turnover rate. I mean, why would they? Unless your business was selling cars or slinging cheap hamburgers, what were you even doing in Midland?
