I suddenly come to my senses. I look around and mutter an apology. But truthfully, I can’t believe she just went over the borders and is helping the rogues.
“They took her there! What are they thinking?” Devon roars inside my head.

I try to breathe and talk to Devon, but he’s pacing in my mind, pushing forward with all his might.
