Chapter 14 Before he did anything else, he had to call home. He didn’t even bother scrambling his location. The important thing was to hear his parents’ voices and know that Sandora was just f*****g with his head. The phone rang and rang. Nobody answered. Jarrett didn’t speak, or try and talk him out of it. He sat there and waited while Eli dialed Brad’s number next. He would have tried his parents’ cell phones, but he didn’t have those memorized.
