KIRAZ'S POV

The continuous beeping makes me groan in annoyance but I don't make any effort to move from the bed, until I hear those two running up to me, with their paws gently hitting the ground. Honey and Bunny pick up their pace and both attack me.

Honey being the nimble and quick Orange cat that he is, jumps on me and start meowing for attention while Bunny, my female Maltese dog, just starts licking my hand, it's actually quite ticklish and looks like that's enough to wake me up.

I Stretch my hand to reach my alarm clock but I fall instead as I'm actually lying on the couch and not my bed, Wow wonderful morning already.

The sun's reflection already beating through the window and getting in my eyes, I feel a bit lightheaded, I wonder Why? I take in my own appearance in the mirror and a stunning head strong black diva stares back also with her hair facing different directions looking so laughable, I groan and focus on my babies instead.

"Good morning my babies, Is anyone hungry?!"

I'm attacked by both of them with simultaneous licks and that already makes this day better, I stretch to turn off my alarm and then realise I don't actually remember how I got back home, but it doesn't matter, I open up my storage cabinet and bring out their foods, then pour it simultaneously in their bowls.

That's when I see Hazel's note on the fridge and it suddenly makes sense.

Dramatic much but anyways, Hazel, my best friend, my life saver must have used one of her spells to transport me home yesterday,that explains the lightheadedness, and yes she's a literal witch but she's one of the best things to happen to me. I groan because I'm still exhausted then grab an apple to eat and hurry to freshen up before my meeting. I just hope it's not with some damned Wolf, those extremely arrogant creatures, but the best part would be me putting them in their place, I smile and quickly shower.

NO MATTER WHAT TODAY BRINGS, I'LL HANDLE IT PERFECTLY

VALEN'S POV

"Good morning Alpha"

"Morning Damian"

"So, What's the plan for today Valeeeeen"

"Don't call me that Damiiiiiiii"

We both start laughing and then we exit my office, while I make my steps hurried so he'd have to run to catch up to me.

"Gosh, you're petty Valen"

"I have no idea what you mean, I'm simply walking" .Then I pick up the pace even more leaving him with no other option than to run.

"You're so mean, Valeeeeen, What's the plan for today though?"

"We're going to tour the grounds, meet the people and check the pack security, and also stop exaggerating!"

"I wonder how mum would feel if she found out that you worked me to the point of me fainting, I'm she would be thrilled to find out how you've such a bad boss to me, a beloved member of this pack!!"

"I wonder how the pack would feel if they found out that their Beloved Beta is out of shape, and that he simply fainted from just a small run"

"Ok, fine, you win, come on let's go". He picks up his pace and run ahead of me making me chuckle, today is already such a nice day.

We move around the pack and talk to my people, everyone approaches us easily, being an alpha is a huge responsibility and as my father always says "An Unapproachable Alpha is a piece of garbage and not an actual leader"

We listen to the numerous praise and complaints, some worrying about me not having a mate, an obviously sensitive issue for me but I simply sigh and we move on. We checked pack security as well and everything is in place, although we haven't gone everywhere as my pack is wide, but we have covered a lot of ground and I'm also drenched in sweat from the sweltering sun. I'm thinking of telling everyone to move inside with me when Stella, my pack' delta interrupts through our mind link(Every pack important non verbal means of communication) that she has important news.

"Stella, What's going on?"

"Boss, we got the contract"

"And that's important news because??"

Who would dare refuse me in the first place? The contract was as good as ours in the first place.

"Boss, there's a shortage of Materials, A company called Black corp maxed purchased the available supply according to the records I could get my hands on, we can't work on the contract without those materials and the next batch will arrive in one month or two weeks max but we'll clearly be behind schedule by a lot then and it'll clearly affect our credibility in front of our clients, I'm panicking because this is our first time working with these people, it could negatively affect the reputation of the company"

"Stella, Calm down ok, set up a meeting with Black corp, I'll resolve it"

"But what if they don't sell, they have a reputation for being rigid, I don't want us to lose this contract"

"Stella, we won't, calm down"

Anyways, I'll think about this later, I have work to do.

Then we move to one of the pack houses and continue the meeting.
