Our plan was in motion. Like the others, I hadn’t liked what Alice had revealed as Ivy’s weakness. It would be a low blow, but I also didn’t want to put my faith in a magical potion that would only last twenty minutes.
“Is it time yet?” Llona asked from the window in the living room. Sunlight streamed through the glass in great ribbons, illuminating her face. It made her blue eyes look electric.
I tore my eyes away from her to glance at the time on my cell phone. “Almost.”
