October 17th 2014The traffic light changed to red, and Sarah Harding slowed the car to a stop. She mouthed a silent curse and looked back at her three-year-old son strapped in the car seat. Already running late to drop him off at daycare, a red light was the last thing she needed. Her annoyance faded when he flashed one of his innocent smiles.
