Aurora POV
We were separated by the crowd, and although I was definitely the one who had gotten hurt more in the scuffle, I still did some damage to Josephine. f**k her healing properties as a shifter; she was already healing fairly quickly in front of my eyes, which was unfair. Meanwhile, I could feel hot blood trickling steadily from my nose as I stuck my tongue out, licking the metallic trail off my upper lip while grinning manically at her. She wanted to lunge at me again, her canines practically bared, so I raised my head defiantly, daring her to do it. But f**k, my body was throbbing tremendously.
I used the back of my hand to wipe my nose harshly, sniffing back the blood, but it didn't stop flowing. I gave her one last nasty glare before turning around to
