The Famous Troublemaker Appears

1108 Words
When thinking about the fate of water users, Lilian could only shake her head wryly at the while matter. And yes. one could ask why water mages couldn't just freeze water balls and shoot them at their enemies.  But you see, that's where people would be wrong. Sigh... Look here! It was essential to know that Ice users weren't particularly water users.  You see, only after a water user has gotten to a certain level, will they be able to turn water into ice and kill their enemies with them brutally. Most people turn to ice users after 200 or so years of practice.  So imagine how hard it is to reach that stage? Unlike wind, fire and earth, water was a very confusing element that required a lot of work to control and change its shape and form... not to talk of sharpening water to the level where it became as deadly as a blade. So that being said, most people termed 'water users' stuck with being used for defense or medicinal roles instead. And Lilian Catapult was a bonafide medical water mage.  But unlike several water users, she was a dual user, having the ability to use wind as well. So one could say that she was indeed hot cake during battle.  Lilian looked at her husband and chuckled playfully.  But for Crown Prince Escalus, he only felt a little insulted and hurt for his little brother's sake instead  . It was no secret that he, Prince Escalus, practically raised his 19th brother from birth, alongside his parents, of course. He, Prince Escalus, was 56-years old, while his baby brother was just 16 years old and had already made a name for himself all across the empire... albeit not in a good way. Of course, Escalus' parents were still alive, and his father would also retire from the throne when Escalus turned 60 in 4 years from now.  And following that, he would be the new ruler over Branvodia. As for his little brother, he did raise the boy in his home when his parents were busy.  Amongst all his siblings, he was the most stable one who was mostly based within the Capital city. At the same time, he also looked after the other territories around the city, having control over several military units to battle too. So yes. He was more or less like the President, going over paperwork in the office and attending crucial meetings that involved the entire empire as a whole  Well, he did have several battle units under his command, as well as several territories he specifically looked after. That is, because he was the crown prince, his personal forces and the main battle units within the Capital city, as well as the territory around the Capital city, was his to manage and control. Hmhm. He didn't necessarily have to leave the bustling Capital city unless things were too dire. And that's why his parents gave him the responsibility of raising his brother when they were not around whenever they left for official business around the vast empire. And because of this, the 56-year-old him practically felt as though his 15-year-old brother was a son he raised. So no matter how bad people think his son/brother is, he loved the boy very much.  But as for the boy's reputation... sigh... it was truly one that made him content helpless at the moment. . The 19th Prince was a rare person who got blessed with 5 elements; 4 primary elements and 1 Secondary element... Lightning! That's right.  He was a Light, water, earth and Wind type user, as well as a Lightning user too. Of course, this only showed just how loved and favored he was by the Goddess. It was just that how could someone who was so favored end up being so troublesome? You know you're troublesome when you can make the empire, as well as the Holy Light Church, come together in agreement so fast. Secretary both sides are constantly fighting to increase their strength by gathering more users. So it's inevitable that they would have a few discrepancies amongst themselves from time to time. But when it came to his little brother, both sides saw eye to eye for the first time without little to no arguments whatsoever. And if one thought that they would be fighting over who would keep his brother? Then that person would be terribly mistaken. Because what they were fighting for was who would have less time with him instead. That's right. His brother was one of the only few people who could join the Holy light church, and still be registered as a student within the empire's leading academy. F***!  The amount of damage, destruction and buildings that had been smashed by his brother were so many that he had stopped losing count of it all. So even though both sides were extremely happy to have him aboard, they also didn't want him to stay too long around their promises. Bloody Hell!  Wouldn't that be too disastrous? . No! No! No! No! His beautiful estate! Howard Capulet gripped his hair anxiously while looking around and not singing a trace of that brat anywhere. Where the hell was he? Was he hiding underneath one of the Royal carriages? What about the horses?  Did that brat disguise himself as a flying horse instead? Okay. Okay. Okay... Maybe his thoughts weren't making any sense.  But this was the great troublemaker he was talking about.  That is, he wouldn't be so shocked if the brat magically popped out of his shoe and poked him to death with a knife instead. So unless he found the brat, he wouldn't be able to remain calm at all! ~Gulp! Howard hastily leaned closer to Escalus as they locked on eye to eye. And just the level of desperation and worry in Howard's eyes, could make one think he was about to cry any moment from now. What the hell? Howard’s eyes were watery. "Your highness. I know I might be overstepping things here, but this matter is of utmost importance. So please, answer me truthfully. No! take this question as a pre-birthday gift to me, your highness. So where is he?... where the little bra~... Erh-erm... Your highness, where is the 19th prince?" (-_-) ... Howard was almost about to lose it right now.  Meanwhile, the person he was looking for was bow strolling along another part of the massive Capulet estate.  And if Howard knew where precisely the troublemaker was, he would undoubtedly faint from horror now. 'You stay away from my precious building! stay away, Goddammit!'
