That day my team was sent to Denver Colorado in the states, the minister of defense  was to attended his daughter's wedding and we were sent to kidnap her. We did the job well maybe too well because when we came back we were sent to Russian to get back a stolen nuclear weapon. Sigh! these politician don't know what they are doing really, i know part of the defense and protection of a country requires a lot but to use nuclear weapons was a bit extreme in my opinion but who am i know what wars require or how bad it is in the front line? All i know is how to be a spy and a thief for my country and i don't how much value i ready add to the country's defense but i know am important or else why wouldn't have teams like ours. Getting to Russia was not that difficult but leaving was a bit tricky because the weapon was heavily guarded by some of the top Bratva agents, so one can only guess how that turned out, Russians don't play we South African are not as well trained as them i believe at least not everyone but we are. Our training however didn't help us leave Russia unharmed, we lost three agents and now my team is cut down to three. But that didn't seem to matter much to the commander because we came back with the weapon but i know for a fact that the Bratva wont be quiet for long letting mare South Africans play in their back yard and even steal one of their precious weapons and get away with it. We just came out of another briefing and i must say i don't like what was said one bit. So my mission now is to spy on my own brother's team to make sure they don't mess up their mission whatever it is, i don't know what the commander is playing at but i don't like it one bit because this can go either way, Jake's team is also one of the best and spying on them wont be easy and what makes it worse if we get caught by them we on our own because in our training we are taught never to get caught, now this! but i will play along with this game and see where it ends up.

The time has come for us to attack and the most beautiful part about it is that those fuckers don't know that am back. Oh yes! we have all sorts of people working for us to get things done the way we want. We even have double agents working inside other gangs which is another reason why i don't understand why the Cobras were attacked so much when we have such resources. Something isn't right but i will find out in due time. With how things have been going am sure they are planing a full takeover but what they don't know is that now the Cobras are back in full force. Gora made sure the guys are in position, this guys likes looking good so much even when we go for missions he would be wearing black jeans, timberland black boots, black t-shirt and black biker jacket. Then he would have on a black cap or the cobras bandanna, n****r be looking good like his going on a date only to get those things drenched in blood.I got all my things back, the cars, the house everything! now am just waiting for my baby girl to come back from school and am taking her shopping. Later on go for my mission and in a week we moving to my house in La Lucia. Damn! she'e going to love it, i just hope she doesn't ask too many question because i don't know if i can lie to her, don't get me wrong i am the best lair there is, i grew up in a home where lies and schemes were a way of life and am the best at it. However with Portia it seems i can only tell a lie to her when she's not looking at me or touching me but when she does i cant stop myself, it's like my mouth and my brain don't work well together because before i think i would have blurred out the truth. Right now i don't think i can wait any longer am going to pick her up myself, i want those who thought she was some charity case to see that she has everything including a father who loves and cares for her. I get into my SUV and drive out, i cant pick up my baby in a sports car now can i? i have to a responsible father, besides sports cars are for going on missions, fast and convenient. Am driving in a bragging kind of speed, am picking up my reason for living after all those who care to look must, those who care to talk must because now Richard has someone he cares about and brags about, my weakness i know in this kind of business but am not allowed to brag about Portia. You know my mother used to say the one to soften my heart would be a woman but i always thought she mean a woman i will date which i doubt very much that any of them would have this effect on me, but now am starting to think that maybe she mean a girl child, Portia! because i don't see anyone else earning my affection but that child, there is just something about her that draws me in and want to protect her and give her the world. She makes me want to be a better person, a better father and to be more than just the leader of the cobras. They don't know i have a daughter yet only Gora does but that's because its his job to know but he also doesn't know that she's not mine biologically. I get to the school and it just coming out, a lot of students pass by but can't help but stop and stare at the car am sure wondering who am picking up. s**t! i just realized that my baby has that after school girls program so she wont be coming out soon, i get out of the car and lock it them walk to the gate and tell the care taker who am here for, he takes me to the class where she is and on the way we pass two teachers who drool when i pass and i clique my tongue. This is the reason i will never love, these women here always look hungry and desperate. When i get to the class i knocked and enter, i went and whispered to the teacher who am here for and my baby at the back has a look i cant describe  but gets up anyway and pack her things then we go. I take her bag when we are out and she hooks her arm around my waist and i love the feeling, she's warming up to me and i cant help the ridiculous smile that appears on my face. When we pass the two teachers they stop her and one on the left speaks " Portia who is this? we don't want you getting taken right inside the school." she says and i give her hard look and she looks away. "this is my dad mam, dad meet my English teacher Miss Winters" she introduces us with a smile and my heart melts when she calls me dad, still keeping the hard expression i speak. " nice to meet you ladies" they both smile seductively, bloody leaches! " like wise" answers the one " we would love to stay and chat but unfortunately my baby and i have somewhere to be." keeping her smile answers the one on the right. " it's okay we will see you tomorrow Portia." i don't wait for them to say more as i started moving with my baby by my side, we get to the gate and i opened the car, she stops and looks at me with questioning eyes. "Dad" oh my she did it again, she called me dad! "yes baby" i answer " what is going on?" she asks looking all confused. "Am taking my baby shopping, now hop in i don't have all day young lady." she does as told and we drive out. " how was school?" i asked" it was okay am hungry though." " wanna eat first before shopping?" i asked."yes please" she answers politely. "where would you like to eat?" " MC Donald's! lets got to a drive through i don't want to go into the restaurant." she says " as you wish" we go to the drive though and order her food then she starts eating immediately, sigh i never want to see her like this ever again. " so dad...(there we go).who's car is this?" i was expecting that "ours baby" i simply answer. "did you get a job?" she asks "you could say that." please don't ask more questions, i said in my head crossing fingers. "can i have your hand please dad, i want to hold it while you drive." i smile and give her my hand "you like attention don't you?" she smiles at me and holds my hand for a while then the smile she has vanishes and worry washes over me and i panic a little. "baby what's wrong?" i asked a bit panicked. "you went back didn't you?" i try to act dumb." back where baby?" i asked acting all innocent." come on dad you cant possibly think you can lie to me, i saw everything." see what i meant when i said there is something about her? "yes baby but only because i..." she cuts me short before i finish. " because you wanted to provide for me i know."  "are you mad at me? you know for going back?" i asked because  value her opinion. "No  dad am not mad, i just wish things were different but i understand." she reassures me."thank you baby" she smiles and my heart is content. We get to the mall and she shops until she's tired then makes me carry her together with her bags claiming that her feet hurt and cant walk anymore. I don't know what witchcraft is that but i carry her anyway with people looking at me like am crazy carrying a grown child like this one, or they looking at her for abusing me? i don't know. We get to the car and i drive home, she falls asleep on the way, i get home and parked then took her bags to her room then go back and carry her to the house. When i place her on the bed she wakes up. " you should have woken me up dad"  she says in her sleepy voice. " you are tired baby rest" i tell her" let me take off my school uniform first." she says " no rest i will iron the new one for you to wear tomorrow." i tell her " okay" " mmm baby, i wont be home tonight but there will be someone just outside the gate to make sure you are okay and now you have your phone you can call me at anytime you feel unsafe and i will come right away." i say a bit worried about leaving her alone. "okay" she simply says dozing off, i leave her room then go get her uniform and iron it then took a both and when i was done i left her a note then left. Am leaving with a happy heart because i made my baby happy today but i cant help but worry about leaving her alone. I get to the warehouse and did the necessary security checks and drove in. When i got inside the guys are there and look ready for action. Snakes has his snake around his neck, that thing is huge i don't know how this guy carries it around like that all the time. " Gora we good?" i asked my second in command. " we good to go boss" he answers confidently. "the police?" i asked "our buys know to stay out of our way tonight so we good to go."  he says " yeah we good except for that fool carrying around a huge snake like a wizard." says Grinder a bit annoyed. " when have you ever seen me go on a mission without my baby here?" asks snakes, his right he never goes to any mission without that thing. " Baby? that thing, you are a real wizard, boss i say we bury him with the enemy tonight because there is no way this guy is not bewitching us" says Grinder, he may jokes around but his brutal. "Positions?" i asked now more serious "you know boss am always with you i don't know about these fools." says Grinder " you mean you want to be next to Rick while you keep on laughing annoyingly. i don't know what's funny about people dying." says Divan irritated "you say that because you are a coward who cant stand blood yet you are in this business" says Grinder " "nx you are stupid" says Divan clicking his tongue. "can we go now?" says Knives " not until we do as per tradition." "lets get to it then so that you can go my fingers are itchy already" says Buttons impatient "here, lets drink to the return of Rick" says Poison " to the return of Rich!" they all say in union with their glasses and drinking shots."to spilling blood and making money!" says Gora " you love money Gora" i say "i wont deny that" he says "guys leave now come on i need some action" whines Buttons "like you get any action sitting behind that screen" says Divan " i get plenty of it believe me or you guys would be long died if it weren't for me" says Buttons eyeing Divan. " okay enough! now let's go get them!" i say and we make our way out.
