Jake
Jake laughed as Stephanie ran, red faced, up the stairs to change. He couldn’t help but admire the view of her in her itty-bitty shorts as she took the stairs two at a time. Waking up with her wrapped up in his arms had been one of the greatest feelings he had ever experienced. It was also scary and confusing. He knew he should probably go back and talk to Cecil more, or dig more into Stephanie’s past. Cecil seemed to think there would be a red flag to help make sense of the situation.
With everything else going on Jake, decided against talking to Cecil any further for the time being. He needed to focus on keeping Stephanie safe and keeping her calm. She had been right earlier to be nervous about taking their relationship out for the perp to see. He wasn’t sure Stephanie
