“Do you think it means anything?” Rocky asked as the men all dug through the client file copies Stephanie’s boss had sent over.
“He doesn’t seem smart enough to want revenge. He’s just a deadbeat junky. We can check his alibi to be sure, but I don’t see it,” Terrell said.
Jake hadn’t said anything for a while as he poured over countless files. For a small law firm, they handled a huge caseload.
