When my eyes opened, I found myself staring up at the night sky. The stars twinkling vibrantly in the crystal-clear sky were such a sight to behold, they could take one’s breath away. The full moon shone down, casting its soothing light unto the field of grass where I laid. My hand reached out to the sky, running my fingers through the soft light to make the shadows dance all around. Slowly, the moon light began to fade, and with it, so did my sense of peace and tranquility. I yearned for it to return, to embrace me once more with its gentle caress. The light grew dimmer and dimmer, slowly receding until it was but a single beam of light.
