SUZIE’S POV
Green, shining orbs. That was the first detail on his face that caught my attention. Apart from the brown messy hair and the deep set upturned eyes, his eyes made his face brighten up even more.
Time froze and I remained petrified as I stared at his orbs. Was I entranced by this stranger? It seemed that way. I blinked several times as I recalled his words. My face flushed as I realized that he felt that connection too.
Despite the warring emotions within me, I decided to play my cool. From the corner of my eyes, I could see the brothers, looking at me, studying my every move. I cleared my throat and faced my notebook.
“It would be best if you don’t talk to me, I’m not looking for friends,” I said coldly.
“Why not? I want to be friends with you though,” He grinn
