Compared to a player without luck status, the average player could only get as much as twenty-odd fruits during the tutorial. However, just the fruits had already made him glitter with greed. The fruits are not normal. The fruits can increase the status to a certain extent during the beginning. Not only that, the unique artifact 'Ring of Kansar' had already smothered him with excitement. The ring can last him until the mid-five thousand. Who wouldn't want it? As for the emblem of change, he wants it too. After a quick calculation, he knew that he did not have enough points to buy all of the fruits. First, he bought the emblem of change and the ring of kasar along with all of the fruits, expecting the strength & magic fruits. Only one of each fruit was left since he did not have enough points for the last two fruits. A bit regretful, but he did not mind it since he had gotten more fruit than he had expected. Losing one or two is fine. He could scour the game world for more fruits that, though rare, could still be found. Satisfied, he finally closes the tutorial shop and exits the tutorial, heading for the true fantasy world. [Exit, commencing...] [Welcome to the Fantasy World.] [Where would you like to start?] >Nothvile Village >Softwind Village >Descent Village >... (30 other villages) "I would like to start in un-death village." He said calmly, he had his reasons for this choice. [Transferring to Un-Death Village.] [We wish you happy gaming!] [Farewell.] In a flash, he finally left the tutorial and went into the real game. - - - [Un-Death Village] He was spawned in the center of the village. He saw the familiar system message on the corner of his sight signifying the fact that he was truly in the Un-Death Village. Firstly, he was not impatient. He used all of the fruits that he got from the tutorial and equipped the Ring of Kansar. Now his current status looks like the below: Lvl: 1 XP: 0/100% Hp: 200 Mp: 150 Str 15 (+1) Mag 15 (+1) Spd 17 (+1) Skl 16 (+1) Def 17 (+1) Res 15 (+1) Vit 20 (+1) As for the artifact: [Ring of Kansar] (Unique) Level 1/1349 XP 0/100% Bound All stats +1 Along with the artifact: Str 16 Mag 16 Spd 18 Skl 17 Def 18 Res 16 Vit 21 First off, artifact equipment that can grow. A growable item means that its usefulness is extended and it will not be replaced for a long time. Not to mention, the fact that it massively improves a certain status by a certain amount. The higher the level of the artifact, the higher the boost. That is why having just one lucky drop from the tutorial will mean a lot to the latter stages of the game. Having one already means that he is far ahead of others and he can easily achieve more in the beginning. He took the risk and won one artifact. In his inventory were some starting necessities; bread loaves (x10), a Basic Sword, a water canteen, and some gold (10 coins). While he was indeed happy with his current gains, he did not let it go into his head. He knew that there was stronger equipment than this small ring. He dreamed of the future, so he knew what was expected. Leaving the emblem of change in his inventory, he took a look around. In front of him were many players. Some started yesterday and had been itching to leave the beginning of the village. Some had already left and some were just beginning their adventures like him. The village was bustling, players were selling rabbit bones, skeleton bones, and anything similar to bones. One simple reason was the hunting ground of the un-death village was the huge graveyard a kilometer away. The graveyard was roughly fifteen kilometers in radius. Roughly about the size of a small field spawning zone. Overall, the hunting field was enough for noobies to grind up to level ten and leave the beginning village. There, it will only spawn a bone rabbit, bone wolf, skeleton, and undead bone monsters in the graveyard. Other than that, normal mobs such as rabbits, deer, wolves, and other etcetera mobs spawn outside of the grave. Though few, they do spawn in quite a number. Looking beyond the main road of the village was the wooden gate and its wall made of logs. A few militias were stationed there. He slowly made his way over to the gate while listening to the happy chatter and bargaining players around him. The game atmosphere is still fresh and it will not take longer than a year before this fresh atmosphere changes completely. It was like a long scene that he had missed ever since the day he had become someone that the average player cannot catch up to. Unconsciously, his dream of the future is slowly integrating both the current him and the future him together. Their minds become one and their hearts intertwine. By the time he made his way out of the gate, he had an unknown excited smile, very dashing. However, nobody had noticed his smile. The smile was long gone by then. It took him roughly thirty seconds to see the spawning field for rabbits. Even though his original goal was the graveyard. He did not mind gaining one or two levels from defeating some low-level rabbits along the way. A kilometer was not a long journey. By then, he had already killed more than twenty rabbits and had his first level up (Lvl 2). One other thing was his ring. It had also leveled up as well (Lvl 2). The ring granted him an overall plus two for his base status. [Un-Death Village Graveyard] [A huge battle has taken place in this region. Over time, the death aura accumulates. Undead now wander around the region.] [Minimal level for safety: Level 5] Thus, end chapter four.
