Anna woke up early the following day feeling excited about the day and ready to do the things she had planned for her and Carlos to do that day. She had this feeling thats something was not right a

Or was wrong, she cancelled that negative feeling and continued having positive ones about the things she had set out to do with the children. All she needed to do before leaving the house, was just to attend her classes then she free to go out and have fun, She was really looking forward to spending the afternoon with the children. She would teach them how to read and how to play word games, she had slept late the other night, she spent the whole night planning and organizing the fun filled activities to do with the kids, she prepared alot of exciting word with picture art games to display for the children. She loved what she did with the children and her goal in life was to become a pediatrician or nurse, after she was done with school, she had 2 years left to completely finish up with school after writing her final exams. She wanted to fully volunteer to work at the orphanage and after she was done with her voluntary work for a year, she would then be ready to go off to college, she wanted to study and pursue a degree as a professional heath nurse provider .she had told her herself she needed to work hard in order to achieve her dreams and goal in life. She had been thinking of ways of hopefully raising enough money, so she could continue to help and support the orphanage even when she goes to college. And when she was done with college and acquired her degree she would come back and settle here. She wrote her plans down her reason for wanted to be here was in order to set up a children's foundation or a nursing home for elderly and to for the children to learn from and things that where important necessary for very children to grow well. Anna wanted to work more on providing better health care and education for the people in the villages here, that was her dream. She thought even before all that she would do what she could to help where she could, even do it while she was in school .

She got out of bed, stretched herself she was ready to begin her day, she went by the bed side stand to check on the time on her phone. She had online class in an hour and she went to take a bath, after she got dressed in causal jeans and a tshirts and went down stairs to the kitchen to get some food, she knew that it's just her and the house help in the house, who she had come to love and treat like her grandma, her parents where long gone at times they hardly spent night there, they would come home most of the nights just to see her and have dinner with her and after live. she missed them so much, at time she wanted to know how it felt like to have a normal family, the kind that would spend time and weekends together, or go on hoildays just to be away from work. At times she pretended that they where a normal functioning family and she would talk to herself and act as if her parents where there with her , she would laugh at her selfs when she did that and other times she would spend her time and almost all her weekends with Carlos family, they would attend church on sunday and from there she learnt to pray and worship God, from Carlos mom she also learnt how to cook and sow it was beautiful cause Carlos mom and his sister would make clothes and sweaters for the town and people would come but from them. She had come to love this place. She had felt at home here more then places she had been to before they moved here. The times she loved other then been at the orphanage, she very much enjoyed spending time with Carlos and his family . she went out of her room , had breakfast and packed some food to take with on her way after she was done with class .

Her class went on most of the morning but they did not take up to much of her day, she had a number of assignments she needed to do and resend and an exam to prepare for. When her teacher announced they were done for the day and assignments should be sent or handed over before the end of week. She was thrilled her class had ended and it was time for her to do what she loved and made her feel happy, she looked at the books she was packing in her bag to carry for the children at the orphanage, she told herself needed to make an order more new story books and other things she needed that how she survived and got things she had come to love will living back home. When she left the house she had this feeling of dullness in her heart, that negative feeling she felt had returned. And all the way from her home she kept having this thought that something was not right, like she had forgotten or she was missing something, what was wrong with her she thought . it went on for some time but she brushed it off and continued with her day just like that. Instead of going straight to the orphanage like she would do at times, she had decided to walk to Carlos house and maybe he could help her figure out why she felt that way. When she got there she only came to find out that he did not reach home last night which she found to odd, cause from the time she had known Carlos, he never once stayed out and she remembered him saying he was going to go straight home after escorting her home last . Anna was beginning to wonder where her friend went, if he was not at home maybe he was at there usaul sport they hang out from, or he might have gone back to the orphanage and stayed over with the children. She decided to go by the orphanage do what she had promised the children and maybe if Carlos was there or had passed through after they had left. She said goodbye to Carlos mom and sister, asked them to let Carlos know that she is by the orphanage and would pass through later again.

Anna reached at the orphanage only to be attacked by a bunch of joyfull children, she laughed as she got on her knees tp greet the bundles of joy. They made her happy been here was one of her favourite time of the day and the place she enjoyed to be at , she loved to see the children smile and laugh, all she wanted to do was to make these children happy anyway she could. They wanted to play but she told them that they will play after they have done the reading and then the word game she had prepared, cause she worked so hard on for them so they could learn new words through picture art. They all run to the other room and seat on the floor silently, waiting patiently for Anna to take sit and begin to read the book she had picked for them for the day. She wanted to ask if any of the matrons there had seen Carlos but she couldn't keep the children waiting she will have to find out when her time was up. She knew something was wrong, he lived with his single mom and young sister and he never went nor left without letting then know where he waa, and they both said never a day in his life had not slept home , he would come late but he always slept his bed.

Anna had been going around the neighbourhood asking everyone if they had seen Carlos, it had been a week and no one knew where he was or had seen him anywhere else. Anna and Carlos mom went to make a report at the police station, the officers on duty had seemed to show no concern and suggested it was normal for boys Carlos age to run away or go somewhere with out letting the family know, they should wait for a few more days, if his still not back or fund, then they could come back to make a report, and said if anything other wise they will be on the look out and he had also mentioned there been more reports of male yound and old either missing or running away from home and showed them a number of people who had been reported missing the some period and it could have been that they where taken by the some people or had gone to seek greener pastures.

Anna was more determined to find her friend and the people who where missing. later that night when her parents where back home she told them about what was happening in the village and how she wanted there help to find her friend and the missing people. They told her they will handle it and she should not be troubled by it as they will have the best people looking for them. Anna felt relieved and happy knowing that her parents would help as they had so many connections. She continued her mission to look for her friend and people missing, she would visit families of victims missing ask questions and put up posts and pictures she would collect from there families.

Days went to months and still nothing. everytime she would bring it up to her parents they would blush her off or feel irritated with her questions. she decided to start her own investigations, happened for days she found nothing but her parents where becoming impatient with her and they knew soon enough she will figure it out that they the ones kidnapping and killing people in that neighbourhood. They planned to send her off to some boarding school or send her back to there home town where she could live with her grandmother.

But Anna didnt want to go away she had feel inlove with the town and its people, they became her family and people she wanted to help when she became a Doctor or a health care nurse. She had dreamed of opening a medical facilitie there when she finished school and with or without the help of her parents. She could not allow her parents to send her off and be away from people who took care of her when her parents werent there, people who taught so much from the years she had been there. She started making plans on how she would avoid her moving away, she couldn't stay with Carlos family cause it will be the first place they will look for and secondly she thought when the time came she would run off and go stay with her house help Liliana in a village nearby. Liliana loved Anna like her daughter felt sorry for the poor girl whose parents where never there or took time to time to get to know there daughter, her dreams and want she really was like .

Anna's parents had became really distant and avoided her when she brought up the topic of Carlos and the how the families of the missing people are crying and praying for the safe return of the loved ones or even just to get a phone call from them, to hear and be assured that they are okay. Her parents would act like it did not concern them, she knew something was off and her parents where hiding something and she couldn't leave before finding out what happened to her friend and where everyone was been taken as they did not find any dead bodies to say they where dead so that gave her hope. She promised herself she will do what she can to at least find out what happened to her friend and others.
