“I was so sure, it was Axel. I can’t be that mistaken!” Mateo said, sitting at the round table as I paced around my office.
My brain was in a mess, and I’m not thinking straight at the moment. I and my warriors have searched the entire pack and even that of the neighboring packs, but we couldn’t find her.
I couldn’t even track her down with her scents, it was like she disappeared off the surface of the earth.
“Yes, it was Axel we saw. I saw him carrying the Luna, then they were no longer out of sight, like they disappeared or something,” Beta Lucky added as the room became more tense.
Everyone was on edge, trying to look for ways to find her. Her clothes, her belongings have been used just to get her scent, but none was working.
