“That means there’s a witch among us!”
It was so obvious because no one from the enemy side can actually turn against themselves or, rather, betray the others.
But who was it? If it was any of the witches in the coven, they would have said it just so people could praise them for their marvelous performance.
“So you mean it’s not you?” Mateo questioned me again, annoying me.
“What do you think? That I’m lying?” This boy is just so stupid for my liking.
“Luna?” Henry stood up and rushed to her at once as I watched them from where I was sitting.
“My boy, how are you?” Emery raised him up in her arms with a smile on her face.
I scanned her slightly, and there was no sign of her still feeling sick. She was perfectly fine, like nothing ever happened to her.
