The ultrasound gel is kinda cold but I can endure it. The doctor asked me few questions before we proceed to knowing the genders of my babies.

Isak cannot stop fidgeting the lock of my Hermès Birkin bag. Tage was quite than usual must be scared like me right now and Halvar was smiling at me making me feel at ease whenever he kissed my jaw, temple and lips.

My doctor is a female, older than my mother that's why I picked her. She's a resident obstetrician here in Western Womens Clinic.

She's professional. In terms of asking me another questions about what I'm experiencing now that I'm in my 12 weeks of being pregnant. Do I still feel nauseated every morning? Or if I'm drinking regularly her prescribed vitamins for me and how's my babies in my womb.

She also asked me if I was sexually active that I answered immediately while blushing. She told me that I have nothing to worry if me and my husbands are doing it regularly like we always do but she also warned me not to be too rough while having s*x.

I'm grateful by her not asking me about the babies daddy when I said "My triplets husbands are here excited like me to know the gender of our babies." She only smile at me.

"Okay, let's start this. As you can see the position of your babies are normal as of now. Lift your shirt a bit Mrs. Hassan." She put her scan to my abdomen and above it. I'm looking through the monitor trying to understand everything she's saying.

"Your fourth baby is okay, though the baby's position blocking the view of it's gender. You don't have to worry about it, the next scan would let us know her or his gender." She gives me her assuring smiles.

Being pregnant makes me emotional in everything, I cried not knowing the gender of my fourth baby.

"You have to stop crying Khalista, we'll know our baby's gender when we'll come back here for your next check up and scan." I hugged Tage while crying on his chest.

"You want Ice cream? Baby?" Isak remembered what I told him before we enter the clinic.

"Does pistachio nuts flavors sounds good?" I instantly stop from crying when Halvar mention my favorite flavor!

"Let's go!" I walk forward leaving them behind me laughing and happy.

Naka-upo kami sa isang bench while we are eating ice cream and watching the foreign kids playing in the park. The children here are joyful and lovely, full of energy!
