While helping Andrew and Sophia clean up the leftover pork they had skinned, Dan scrubbed the mushrooms and some edible plants he had gathered.
Even though they were stranded on an unknown island, Dan believed that the plants he found had the same uses and benefits as they would anywhere else, even if he had to test each one.
“Did you find the right mushrooms this time, Dan?” Andrew asked cautiously, not wanting to risk another close call.
Sophia looked annoyed but held back since she knew Andrew was just being cautious.
“I just grabbed what was left. It's not the rainy season, so there aren't many mushrooms. But I did find some wild yam shoots that are edible. Unfortunately, the roots weren't ready yet. Maybe I'll check back in three or four days.” Dan replied while washing the mushro
