Sophia put down the firewood she had gathered, while Andrew was still busy finding berries and edible mushrooms. However, when Sophia arrived, Dan was nowhere to be seen along the coastline.
"How far did he swim?" she wondered aloud.
When she heard Dan’s crazy idea to dive further to retrieve components from the explosion of their luxury cruise ship, it made Sophia wonder if anything could have survived that massive explosion. The blast seemed more deliberate than an accidental collision with a giant rock.
It might be plausible, but considering the middle of the Pacific, a cruise ship’s route is well-charted and unlikely to be distracted by such things.
