What's the Big Deal?

1867 Words
By the time Red and I finished cleaning, it was 3 hours later due to the fact we kept making a mess then tidying it back up. Working with her wasn’t bad, she had kept me company, so I didn’t feel as if I was going through this by myself.   Red had tried to teach me how to touch my nose with my tongue. I wasn’t successful, but I was able to get closer, if I stretch a little more then maybe I’ll be able to do it.   I had searched around in his room, mainly in the draws looking for something that would be useful to me, but I had only found a few bullets and condoms but no guns, or anything else that would’ve been remotely helpful.   Red had attempted to look in the closet, but it was locked. We both had to come to the terms that it was nothing in there that we could’ve used to get out.   I could still feel Red's uneasiness every time we passed a photograph or painting on the walls in the hallways. She would stiff up, then relax after a few minutes. I had accepted the terms that I was supposed to create a new life here. Whenever the thought of escaping danced across my thoughts, I couldn't help but remember my father.   Full of life one moment, on his way to get dressed just as he waiting for my moms friends to come to our house. The call from the from our aunt hadn’t come until hours later. My sister and I had thought that he was over exaggerating but turns out he knew what he was talking abut. They had cut off his fingers and shot him in his head. The worse part of my fathers’ attack was his mouth, when we had rushed down stairs he had lines extended from the points of his mouth that curved up with slashes across as if his attacker was trying to stitch his mouth together in slashes but I never wanted to talk about it.   "Don't worry everything will be okay." At least I hoped so, but I couldn't say that to her especially when she looked like she could break down at any given moment. “It could’ve been worse.”   “That’s true,” she mumbled to herself, “We’re not dead.”   That had cheered her up a bit more, which made me happy because I couldn’t have a gloom cloud behind me especially when my mind was drifting back to the man that had made my body jolt with electricity because of his simple touch.   My n*****s had gotten sore just at the thought of the way he had placed himself so close to me, closing off my thoughts while he had explored my body. I sighed shaking those thoughts away from my head, I needed to focus on something else.Plus, I didn’t even know how many girls he had taken to bed before me.   The hallway was unnecessarily long and the huge doors on every side didn't give a hint to what was on the other side, except for the small nameplates stuck outside. It seemed as if we were traveling to an unknown place. Basically, everything had molded into one distinguished pattern. "Maybe we should stay. I don't like it here, but I rather not have the mafia chasing me down. I don't want to constantly be looking over my shoulders as I hardly live my life." Red said, stopping right behind me as we walked. She was shaking uncontrollably, and her eyes started to gloss over. "There's no escaping from this. Just let it go please."   "Red,I feel like we could escape we just need to find the right exit and weapons, maybe some cash so we could move out the city." I turned around and grabbed her shoulders lightly shaking her, " We could get through this just give it some time. I don’t want to rush anything right now."   She removed my arms from her shoulders and shook her head. "Fine just please wait a while before you start planning the Great Escape. We just got here which means that they would expect us to escape."   "You're right," I turned around and kept walking. I had no idea for sure where we were going but I was trying to go somewhere. I was going to warm up to Ace and hopefully make the best out of my living situation.   "Where are you two going?" A familiar voice said, stopping me and Red in our tracks.  She gasped at the sight of Ferro, leaning against his door frame. His hair was messy, forehead covered in sweat but that didn’t stop him from looking decent. His black shirt clung tightly to his lean frame, his muscles bulging from underneath. Any girl would have dropped her pants from the sight and soaked her panties thoroughly, Ferro had looked like a god standing there. However, not as much as Ace would have. The difference between their looks was a milestone in my eyes. Ace had sharp piercing eyes, that shook my core and sent shivers done my spine. His build was a bit more muscular than Ferro’s but nonetheless they were still attractive.    He was smirking at us with a devilish glint in his eye. "Nowhere I hope because escaping isn't the smart thing to do." He c****d an imaginary gun with his fingers and pointed it at the both of us. He took his first shot at me and then and Red. “If you know what I mean.”   "We're not going to escape," I rolled my eyes at his sentence, but he ignored me and let his eyes linger on Red, assessing her up and down. "What's the big deal anyways?"   Nobody could tell whether or not he liked what he was staring at, but she felt uncomfortable, squirming around behind me.   "Cut the s**t," Ferro walked closer to us, stopping right in front of me. His hand gripped my chin pulling my face up to his, "I don't like to be lied to. The last female who lied to me, isn't able to walk anymore. Hell, I don't even know if she's alive anymore, but she was a good fuck." Ferro gripped my chin harder pulling my face even closer almost to the point where our lips would touch. "I would think twice from now on if I were you. Words can get you hurt, and actions can get you killed, Schiavo."   He released my face almost pushing me back a bit. He walked past me, not before gripping Red tightly by the collar of her dress and dragging her down the corridor with him.   She protested and struggled trying to ask me for help, but I was too paralyzed in my spot to help. Something in me was trembling, I don't know if it was fear or excitement, but I trembled. When she looked directly in my eyes, she gasped almost as if she seen a ghost but that wasn't the case. She had seen the tears about to fall out my eyes, the tears that I willed not to betray me.   I had gone back into my room and sat down on the bed. Looking down at the palms of my hands, I sighed.   To think that two days ago I was working in a corporate business under Stickler. My mornings would start by waking up and grabbing coffee for the man who would slouch around all day and bring random ladies into his office for hours on end.I had managed to do 85% of his work, on a daily basis. I’d cover for his overgrown ass when his wife calls and asks for him, and this is how he repays me? Sending me off to be sold to the wealthy, it may sound like it’s a blessing but it’s not.   I had no clue as to why this happened, but I wanted to kill him.  I wanted to make Stickler feel that pain that I’m feeling right now. I had thoughts of strangling Stickler or shoving a knife into his eye socket.   I wanted Stickler to bleed out, so I can bathe in his blood. That same pain that I'm feeling, he needed to feel 10x worse.   However,I couldn't plot any revenge in here because I knew I wasn't going to escape. Ferro made it very clear that nobody left and those who tried, let's just say it wasn't pretty. A part of me still wanted to try but I didn't want to meet the bad end of the stick.   "I don't know what to do." The tears in my eyes stung. With my blurry vision,I stripped out of that disgusting uniform and checked out the closet they gave me. Most of the clothing would’ve made my father faint on the spot but I managed to find an oversize hoodie with a sleep shorts to wear. It wasn't the best, but I was comfortable in it rather than wearing something that would show my unmentionables.   I laid back down in my bed, pulling the covers over myself. I would just sleep the rest of the day away and not worry about anything, I would dream of a better life away from this place, and I would dream of a guy who would lay me down to take my virginity. He would last forever.   ******   "OH MY GOD! HARDER ACE HARDER!!"   I woke up to the sound of high-pitched screams, and they sounded disgusting. The lamp on my dresser was shaking aggressively, like it was going to fall any second. I was so sure that I was going through a category 8 earthquake.   "YES ACE, I'M GOING TO-"   I covered my ears to block out those painful screams. It was 2 am, too early for me to be waking up to the sound of desperate cries. The crying got louder and soon turned into gargled whale noises.   I had been so disgusted to the point that I wanted to rip my ears off and throw them away. It only got worse as her screams got louder. Her voice wasn’t dying down anytime soon so I was just sitting on my bed hoping for a miracle.   "Can you shut the f**k up!" I yelled, falling back into my bed. I held the pillows over my ears hoping to shut out her horrible whale noises. A loud bang sounded next door followed by a thump, the horrible cries had ceased but I was too scared to move.   "Is that better for you babe? It's quiet now."   I had chills run up my spine after that. I was feeling a little bit scared about the fact that he had just killed some girl in the middle of his room like it was nothing but then again this probably meant nothing to him.   Ace had done his work.   And I was pleased.
