He Helps me.. But why?

DINO

Mina and I met Monique. I don’t know how to talk to her or greet her when I’m with Mina. Mina knew I had different feelings for Monique. And I don't want to brag about it in front of her.

When I saw her looking straight at us I noticed something in her eyes and her stingy smile. Does she seem jealous? Is she really jealous or is it just my imagination because that's how I wanted her to feel.

When her friend and I passed them, I looked at her one last time.

"Dino, my driver is here. You can go back to where Henry and Joshua are, they might be waiting for you." She smile while entering her car. I closed the door after her. And waved goodbye.

After I sent Mina home. I went back to the administration office where Henry and Joshua were waiting.

"Any news?" I asked them.

"Don't worry, I've already passed her papers and I'm just waiting for the school director to approved as to when she can transfer." Henry replied.

So that's it. I asked Henry and Joshua to help me check up Monique's scholarship application. Her friend Bea mentioned to me that she needed a scholarship. Or you can say I pressed her to tell it to me.

I just want to help her and of course I want to see her always.

I sighs while waiting for the school director to come out of his office. What took him so long? As if it's hard to sign some documents.

"What's your deal with this Monique Girl?" Joshua looks at me hands on his chest while grinning from ear to ear.

"f**k off Josh."

"Leave him, Josh. You won't get anything out of him." Henry said while laughing.

And fortunately, the school director came out holding an envelope.

"She can start by the first week of the semester."

I immediately picked up the paper containing her schedule and I took a picture quickly.

"What the f**k, Dino. Creepy much?" Joshua teased me.

The director clear his throat to what Joshua has said.

"Oh, I'm sorry." Joshua apologized.

"Thank you so much for this Mr. Han I will be very grateful. " Henry shakes his hand. Then director was gone.

"I need to give her the schedule so she can get ready."

"Thank you for this, Henry."

He taps me on my shoulder "No worries, Man. Got you!"

CHOI MANSION, DAEGU SOUTH KOREA

It was 10 o'clock in the evening and I was getting ready to rest when I received a call from Mina.

"Dino? Let's stop this. We need to stop this." She was crying.

"Stop what? What are you talking about?"

"Dino, they're going to marry me off. They introduced me earlier who I'm going to marry." She whispered while crying.

"Who?" at that time I was calm. Because I know and I'm ready that this will really happen to Mina and me sooner or later.

"Congressman Han"

"What?!" I stood up angrily.

"Mina what the f**k? He's too old for you! Like s**t! He's almost the same age as your father! " I’m already pulling my hair out in annoyance and anger. Why do they do this to their own children just for business?

"I don't know, Dino. I'm scared."

Knowing Mina my whole life, I can tell she really is scared.

"I'm going over there. Just calm down. Okay?"

I hurriedly go to Mina. And went up to her window. I saw her asleep with tears on her face.. I am ready for this to happen. But I can’t believe Congressman Han? That is almost triple Mina's age.

I sat on the side of Mina's bed and combed her hair and she slowly opened her eyes.

She started to cry again and this time I hugged her tight.

in such cases we know that we can't do nothing but accept the life that our parents gave us.

I'm sorry, For my best friend. I'm sad because I can't do anything for her. I’m sad because she doesn’t deserve this life.

So at this time. I just hugged her.

"You know I am still here, No matter what happens." I try to calm her down. As she hugs me tight and nods repeatedly.

DAEGU COMMUNITY

I was riding my bike to school when someone blew a loud horn behind me and knocked me down.

It was the guy I knew.

But he didn't even turn around or even look to see if I was okay. But he went straight to running his motorbike. That's super fast.

When I got up and adjusted my uniform, His Girlfriend car passed by. And I saw her inside with a very swollen eye and a distant look that she didn't even notice me.

Are they fighting?

I think, Yes. Because I wonder why the guy seems angry.

I chose not to think about them and that was their own problem. So I went straight to school.

And fortunately because outside Daegu Highschool, stood the man who took my scholarship form with another Man.

I was still far away and they were already smiling at me. So I got off my bike and approached them immediately. As I approached, Henry handed me an envelope.

"What is this?" I asked while examining the envelope

"Open it."

And when I opened, my heart suddenly skip a beat because I saw my name with my Schedule at Daegu University and on the side it was written that I was enrolled for a full ride scholarship.

"Oh my God!" I was crying with great joy and Henry came up to me and hugged me. But his hug was not mixed with malice, because I felt that he was just happy for me.

I was covering my mouth when the other man shakes my hands and smiling at me warmly.

I don't know who are they? Or what I did for them to help me with this. But right now I am so thankful of them.

I saw the Girlfriend approaching us and she looked worried.

"I can't see Dino. I think he won't come in here now." She says.

Henry and Joshua seems to get worried too.

Who is this, Dino?

"I'll call him." The other guy said.

The Girlfriend started to have tears but she wipe it immediately before anyone can see it.

"Hey. It's okay." Henry pats her shoulder and she nods.

This time she seems to notice me, And she smiled at me.

"He's Dino." She said.

"What?" I ask curiously.

"The man who helped you and almost run you over. He's Dino." She smiled warmly.

Realization hits me. So he's Dino. That's his name. And Dino is also the name that Henry refers to as his friend.

So, does that mean?

I looked at Henry to confirm what was on my mind and he seemed to notice that I had patched up the events so he just looked and nods and smiled at me.

Dino is the reason Henry helped me with my scholarship? But why? Why is he helping me?

"I can't contact Dino." The other guy said as he returned and it was obvious from his appearance that he was worried.
