The Moon Governor was acting as an Interim Governor of the whole Solar System, due to the latest dynamic developments on Earth. Peter was awaiting Lianne and Brian, together with Brenda and Gary, in order to decide on the future strategic course of action.
There had to be a special session of the General Assembly organized on Earth, so that some tough discussions and debates could be carried out, involving all the regional governors there. Consequently, all the senators were expected to vote on a proposal for general elections to be held so that all Earth citizens could cast votes in a democratic way in order to elect a new world government.
