CHAPTER ONE: JUST A NORMAL GIRL

473 Words
no one noticed the moment her life started changing because it didn’t look like anything at all no big decision no announcement no “this is where everything begins” just a girl… sitting with her phone at night typing deleting typing again if you saw her, you wouldn’t think much of it she wasn’t loud she wasn’t trying to stand out she wasn’t chasing attention she was just there quiet, calm, almost invisible the kind of girl people forget is in the room but her mind was never quiet it was always running thinking about everything at once what she could be doing… what she wasn’t doing… why everyone else seemed ahead she noticed how people spoke online how some words pulled attention how some people just knew what to say and somehow… she cared not in a loud way not in a “I want attention” kind of way just a quiet curiosity like… how does this even work? she didn’t have a plan no one showed her what to do no clear path, no guide just small moments opening her notes writing random thoughts closing it again it didn’t feel important it didn’t feel like anything but sometimes… the smallest things are the ones that shift everything and she had no idea that this quiet habit this thing no one saw was the beginning of something real 🌙✨ she wasn’t always this thoughtful there was a time she didn’t question things this much when life felt simpler, easier to move through without thinking too deeply but somewhere along the way, something changed maybe it was watching people her age start figuring things out or seeing others build something for themselves while she was still trying to understand where she fit it wasn’t jealousy it was more like… awareness the kind that sits quietly in your chest and reminds you that you want more, even if you don’t know what “more” looks like yet some days, she would sit with her phone and just scroll not really paying attention just moving from one post to another people sharing wins people talking about money people building things online like it was normal and she would pause sometimes not long just enough to think “how are they doing this?” she never said it out loud never asked anyone she didn’t even fully believe it was something she could do so she kept it to herself just watching just thinking just saving little pieces of information in her head and then going back to her normal life like nothing had changed but something had even if it was small even if it was quiet something had started growing inside her a thought a question a possibility and once something like that starts… it doesn’t really go away 🤍
