Something leaped over his head landing with a thud. Opening his eyes, he could see the creature they four have been waiting for, it was large, dog-like beast with sliver fur and a shadow-like mist with a large snake –like tail  ‘‘HELL HOUND’’ Jake muttered and then moved forward as he forms a burning sigil with energy shooting out of  it, blasting the hell hound with beams of light. The hound roars using its tail to back hand Jake into the wall of the alley breaking the bricks. Mia then raced forward slashing at it with her blades the hound roars in pain, as it uses it claws to s***h Mia jumps out of the way. The beast tried to make its way towards the library when suddenly chains coming out of the sigil drawn on the floor with Ren and Esme chanting as the chains drawing the beast towards the sigil this wasn’t enough to hold the beast Jake jumps towards the beast forming a mallet and uses it to knock the beast into the sigil as Mia shouts now, Ren and Esme stops chanting and the sigil takes care of the rest pulling the beast from whence it came.

       Jay, his eyes still unbelieving what he has seen but he needed evidence at least to make sure going crazy. He pulled out his phone taking a pic of the event of the alley,

‘Overkill much Jake’ said Mia

‘Hey if not for my weapon skills we couldn’t have bag that beast c’mon Renny hope you don’t agree with miss perfect over here bro’  said Jake with a smirk on his face.

        ‘Sorry bro she’s the captain plus you could have just casted a rebound spell bro’ said Ren

‘Shut it Jake i can hear you gloat’ said Mia as she looks around someone’s here.

Having gotten more than what he needed, as well as having a million questions in his mind, Jay grabbed his phone and started running out of the alley way. Panting as he ran fast as he could, hoping that they wouldn’t follow him, as he reaches his house and zooms into his room and slams the door suddenly there is a knock at his room’s door he hesitates to open the door or to even approach it, he hears a familiar voice it was his mum with his aunt by her side.

‘what took you so long i told you an hour, did you run into some bad kids cos I have heard stories about this city kids they ain’t  like you and i  that came from the country side’ said Jay’s mum.

  ‘Ah kids he might have gotten drunk or something’ said aunt Shalar.

‘Ok, listen. You’re right mum i did run into some couple of strange kids the fought some kind  of giant dog they have magic and stuff, I know it sounds crazy but i got it on my phone’ said Jay as pulls out his phone, showing mum and aunt Shalar

‘Don’t believe me? See this’

Shalar stared at the screen for a long time then laughed to herself after about a minute.

‘Ummm…..some proof you got there, Jayson. Told you Mary, he’s drunk   just one night and he lets loose’ said aunt Shalar with her arms crossed, smirking evilly.

Jay’s eyes widened. He looked at the pictures he took of the alleyway he could see they four but it seemed to them that it was just an empty alleyway.

‘Mum you got to believe me am not making this up there was a monster can’t you see’ said jay as he drew his phone closer to his mum’s face.

‘That’s enough for one night go to your room’ said Jay’s mum.

Jay frowned getting a bit upset, later that night Jay was in his room which was close to aunt Shalar’s he hated it cos she snores a lot sometimes like a wounded lion well he closed his eyes and tried to go to sleep for the millionth time it began to get a little windy the windows kept opening and closing he got up from the bed grudgingly to shot the windows tight  he caught something in the corner of his eye it was the street lights they were flashing, repeating on and off in the same pattern Jay choose to ignore it he thought all that might be in his head after he started considering the option of him having too much to drink at the party so he went back to bed but the flashes from the street light made him feel a little hazy, suddenly the bolts at the window began to come loose on its own and drops on the floor making Jay to get up from his bed and move towards the window and closes it for the second time then he heads back to bed, then he hears an unfamiliar voice.

‘You’re pretty sloppy you know, don’t you?’ said the strange figure sitting in his room. It was dark, Jay didn’t really couldn’t see the figure clearly because the lights in his room were turned off at the moment.

Jay grabbed the lamp light in his room as he holds it tight to his chest as he asked who it was with a shaking voice.

‘Stay back i know how to use this’ said Jay as he tried to on the lamp light but it kept flickering.

‘Really how can you fight what you can’t see, by the way here is too dark for my taste suddenly the strange figure snaps it’s finger producing light in his room.

Jay recognizes the figure it was the girl at the alleyway Mia.

‘You’re that girl from the alleyway and how did you find me, i promise I didn’t see nothing i won’t say nothing please just leave me alone…..OMG you folks can be some sort of Russian experiment’

‘Really you sound pretty smart don’t you, the big question is who are you ? are you some sort of nightgale , lycanthrope’ as she draws a blade to his throat.

‘Ok you got me, i took a pick of what i saw at the alleyway but no one could see it for some reason I don’t know’ said Jay.

‘Hmmm…. Is  that so well  I still don’t  trust you but given by your ferocious sweating i guess you’re maybe influenced by the presence of the hell hound but that normally  doesn’t leave any memories don’t worry all this will soon go away as she stretches her hand towards him she suddenly hears a howl  which shatters the windows in the neighborhood  this captures Mia’s attention as she makes her way through Jay window landing on the street heading towards the howling, Jay follows out of curiosity although he didn’t know what they would face .

As a dark mist plunged through the street a beast emerged it was another hell hound but this time it was different from the previous encounter , it had a blue sigil which  were marked at hands and chest of the beast, as well as eyes glowing the same colour. Mia got in front of him conjuring two seals on her hands. ‘Get behind me!’ she said.

‘I thought you killed that thing’ he said and Mia clenched her fists ‘so did i!’ the beast runs towards Mia and tries to pounce on them but she forms a shield just in time. The hound roars focusing on Mia it breathe out white flames which shatters the shield making her fly across the street and into a car, Jay moans as he gets up and walks towards Mia trying to get her back to consciousness but his effort are to no avail .

The beast leaps towards him, suddenly he felt something click inside of him as the hound roars in front of him his eyes turns white and a sigil burning at his two arms, the hound roars out flames Jay stretch his arms the flames moved around Jay but didn’t burn him as he redirected the flames back to the hound as it roared in pains reducing to dust,  the power within him began to fade away he felt weak and collapsed.
