Everyone was gathered in the waiting room as Cara and Brad were in with the doctor. Due to the sensitive hearing of wolves the rooms had to be sound proofed to protect them from overload when there was multiple patients in pain so no matter how much they strained to hear what was going on not a sound could be heard. The trial for Eric Dire was supposed to be taking place but due to so many high ranking members sitting in the waiting room while Cara was giving birth. As the future Beta couple, the birth of their first child was very important to not only the pack but all their allies and members of the Council so no one minded putting off the trial until the birth to avoid sullying the importance of the birth with an execution even if it was justified.
