As the years passed, Lucy found herself feeling something new and unexpected. She began to have feelings for the doctor. At first, she didn't know what to make of it. But as time went on, she realized that she was in love with him. She knew that it would be complicated, given their circumstances. But she couldn't deny the way she felt. One night, she summoned her courage and decided to tell the doctor Kyle how she felt. She knocked on his door and waited, her heart racing.

When the doctor opened the door, the nanny took a deep breath. "I need to tell you something," she said. "I know it's not easy, and it might be complicated. But I have to say it. I'm in love with you." The doctor was silent for a moment, his eyes wide with surprise. Then, he smiled. "I feel the same way," he said. "I've been trying to find the right time to tell you, but I didn't know how to say it. I'm so glad you said it first." The nanny smiled back at him, tears of happiness in her eyes. "I can't believe this is happening," she said. "I never thought we would end up here." "I know," the doctor said. "But I wouldn't change a thing. I'm so grateful for you, and for our friendship." The nanny took his hand in hers. "I'm grateful too," she said. "And I want you to know that no matter what happens, I'll always be here for you." "It's not easy to tell you this, but I have to. My job is transferring me to another city."

The nanny felt a wave of sadness wash over her. "You're leaving?" she asked. "I don't want you to go." "I know it's not what you want," the doctor said. "But it's a great opportunity for me, and it will be good for my career. I hope you understand." The nanny nodded, even though her heart was breaking. "I understand," she said. "But I'll miss you." "I'll miss you too," the doctor said. "But we'll still be in each other's lives. We can call and write, and we can visit whenever we

have the chance. We won't lose what we have." The nanny knew he was right, but it still hurt to think about him leaving. "What about Lucy?" she asked. "She'll be heartbroken." "I know," the doctor said. "I'll talk to her and make sure she understands that we'll still be connected, even if we're not in the same place. She's a strong girl, and she'll be okay." The nanny took a deep breath, trying to stay strong for the doctor and for Lucy. "We'll make the most of the time we have left," she said.
