Hellbourne Does This To People

1775 Words
Disturbed- Down With The Sickness B.B.: The sound of his sneakers pounding on the floor as he runs through the school halls is music to my ears. I've given in but there is a sense of control this time. This feels like a memory. Like I've been here before. Walking through these dark halls. I feel like I know the school better than I've ever let on before. I press my body against the wall as his shuffling grows louder the closer he gets. I step out in front of him. He tries to stop from smacking into me. He drops on his ass skidding to a stop just before his body collides with my mine. One tiny step forward and I'd be between his legs. Luc and Dylan appear behind him. He cries out with fear when the two of them put their hands on his arms to pull him back up to his feet. The sound is almost feminine. "Please, please," he shakes his head. "You're a really sick kid, Cash," I sigh as images flash in my head. The images whisper terrifying secrets into my ears and I feel like I'm burning from the inside despite the coldness I feel all over my body. I pull my hands out of my pockets taking out the pocket knife Stacy had given me outside when he broke out into a full sprint. Carson comes up behind me with rope in his hands. He moves forward and begins to tie him up as I press my shoulder against the locker. They prepare for this. I understand what they think their role in all of this is now. I feed them, guide them, and they listen. They obey. Wordlessly apparently. Delilah, you have trained them well. Why didn't you just tell me? Why keep me in the dark? "I'm sorry, please. I will never do it again. I'll get help," Cassius begins to bargain. "You're not going to need help after tonight. Medical attention maybe but not help. I'm helping you here and now. Righting a wrong. Tipping the balance in favor of the innocent. You're a baby still, Cash. You're learning how to spread your wings and I don't want you to find that you have a knack for getting away with this. I don't want to see you evolve past this phase," "B.B, please," he shakes his head. "You want him gagged?" Carson asks. "No, I want him to hear the sound of his own screams. I want him to enjoy them the same way he enjoyed the sounds of his victims," I smile at him. His icy blue eyes are dark blue now. Beautiful. "Yes, ma'am," he smirks. They put him on his knees in front of me. I take a knee, reaching for his t-shirt. It's soaked through with sweat. I sliced it down the middle exposing his perfectly sculpted torso. This boy has no reason to be the f*****g animal that he is. He's beautiful. This is some kind of dark desire inside of him. He enjoys the hunt. Hellbourne does this to people. Mom said that there are ugly Jeffery Dahmer-type monsters here and as I look into the eyes of this scared seventeen-year-old boy. I know that she's right. It's this town. It's tainted, corrupted by whatever the hell was unleashed from that stone. Shouldn't it be imperative for us to try and break this curse? It's not only latched itself onto us but to the people around us. "I get it," I whisper as I go around to finish cutting him out of the shirt. "You can't help being what you are. You give into that little sick part of you easily because you can and with each complication, it grows and grows until it becomes a need inside of you. There is no better feeling than the rush of knowing you got away with it," "B.B-" "Shh, shh," I put the blade to his lips. "I don't want you to tire your voice. I want to hear you scream," "You keep saying I'm sick. Look at what you're doing," he chokes out. We all laugh. "Are you trying to negotiate with me?" I muse. "We have a live one boys," "What happened to you?" he shakes his head when I crouch down in front of him again. "I honestly have no f*****g idea," I answer him truthfully. "This is all very new to me, Cash. I'm honestly a little conflicted about it all but I've been dead inside for a couple of years now. I felt like there was no reason to try anymore but then this thing inside of me just woke up. It opened its pretty beady eyes and offered me a new life and well here we are. Round two," "What are you going to do to me?" "Are you circumcised?" I ask. He flinches. "I'll take that as a no," "I'm circumcised," both Luc and Carson say at the same time. I look up at the two of them standing side by side. "Yeah?" I smile. "I'm a little nervous about us. I'm not going to lie," "We'll take really good care of you, B.B. You have nothing to worry about, baby," Luc winks. I still don't know if he's saying B.B. or baby. "You're disgusting," Cassius spits between the three of us. "Oh, come on. It's like a dream come true. The ultimate fantasy or is it that only men have the right to fantasize? That's a little sexist, Cash," I glare at him. "You're not going to do s**t to me," he scoffs. "No?" I kneel down in front of him. He shutters when I press the blade to his chest. "Call out the initial of every girl this motherfucker raped so I can carve them into his body," "f**k," Marco nods with a smile spread over his face. He has really nice teeth. I've never noticed that before. "S.W." I shove him hard enough for him to hit his head when he falls back. He begins to wiggle as I climbed on top of him. I place my hand on his chest and dig the blade deep. He desperately cries out as I carefully carve S.W. into his lower abdomen. Blood is coming out of him permeating the air with the sweet metallic scent. I look up at the window at the end of the hall to see her standing there. Delilah. She's standing next to the reaper. Two dark shadows side by side simply observing. I'm taking my time with the carvings so they're perfect and pretty. Only looking up at them to make sure they're watching. The evil shadows I've been afraid of for the past two years. They're making sure I complete this task. That he has to live with these scars for the rest of his life. There's no need for them not to be decorative. The boys took turns calling out initials over the screams of this f*****g ass hole. There is blood all over his front torso. Sometime after the eighth name, he threw up on himself. That's going to hurt when I sit him up and drips down his chest. "This a list of your victims, Cash. You'll never forget them just like they will never forget you," I say looking over my handy work. "Black ink," Carson crouched down next to me. He pinches my chin to make me look at him. "You're a little snake," he compliments and presses his lips to mine. When he pulls away he pours the ink over Cassius's torso. A warm feeling spreads through me but there's an ache in my chest echoing at Carson's words. You're a little snake. "This is euphoric," "Agreed," the others growl. I crouch down next to his head as Cassius cries helplessly. It doesn't feel like it's enough. What will really bring this whole thing together for me? To please me. He screams when I put the blade to his forehead and carve the word RAPIST deep enough to scrape the bone. He's calling out for help. Satisfied I stand up and turn my attention to the reaper. Her hoodie falls back to reveal her delicate features. The ghoulish image of my sister smiles wickedly. The two of them give me a nod encouraging me to continue. I keep my eyes on them as Luc pulls Cassius's pants down. I hold the blade out as little butterflies fill the space by my nightmarish hallucinations. Stacy materializes right in the middle of the hallway like a little nightmare. She doesn't hesitate to take the blade out of my hand. Whatever happens to Cash now lies in her hands. I go over to the two shadows looking them over listening to Cassius scream as Stacy carves out his ability to reproduce. "Is this real?" I ask stopping in front of the Reaper. A little smirk pulls at her lips. The only difference between her and me is that she doesn't have eyes. Where eyes should be, there's an infinite abyss of black smoke. "B.B," the darkling growls. I turned my attention to her. I reached out to touch her. She closed her eyes as if enjoying my touch but my hand goes right through her. My thoughts drift back to the past two years. I let her walk alone in this darkness. I abandoned her first. "I'm sorry," I whisper. "I'm sorry f*****g sorry this happened to you Dee," "B.B," she groans again. Then she lifts her hand up over her chest. "Safe," she says as if she were talking about herself. She's telling me she's safe now. I jump when the two of them vanish into thin air. No. Why? "Hey," I gasp spinning around to see Luce standing behind me. The others are waiting for us. "You okay?" "Yeah," I nod glancing back at where they had been. They're gone. She's gone. "We're done here," he caresses my cheek. Stacy is standing over Cassius. Her hand is dripping with his blood. He passed out. The snake is wrapped around my arm. Its head resting on the top of my hand. Here in the moonlight, I can see the gray hues in its scales. It looks up at me, its little split tongue lapping in the air. That's it. The mark I want to have there. The black mamba wrapped around my arm. Maybe add some roses. White and red. Pink. Yes, I want pink. Something innocent and pretty in contrast to the evil black scales of the black mamba. A reminder that not everything that looks pretty is nice.
