Unlike many jurisdictions around the country, they perform all autopsies in suspicious deaths in the state in one location. It’s here that they transported Rachel Watson’s body. Helen and I are here to see her, for me to arrange for her transport back to Myerton for her funeral, and Helen to receive the report of the forensic pathologist to confirm the cause of death. “You were in there a while,” Helen had said when I walked out of the Archbishop’s office.
